your first issue in 4-6 weeks. If you choose not to receive the included

lag. Allakhazam.com reserves the right to ban any ip address that
uses such a program. Refunds will not be given out for premium accounts
banned for this reason.

Member Forums are moderated solely by the members and may not be used for
pornographic, immoral, hateful or illegal purposes. Allakhazam.com
reserves the right to delete any forums that it finds offensive or in violation

Once a credit card is charged, no refunds will be given. If it is
determined by Allakhazam.com, in its reasonable discretion, that the membership
was not validly obtained, then Allakhazam.com will credit the credit card
account improperly used for the charges and will invalidate the Premium
Membership.

Allakhazam.com reserves the right to cancel any membership for any reason,
with or without notice, if it determines, in its sole and absolute discretion,
that Member has violated any of these terms and conditions. In the event
that any valid membership is canceled by Allakhazam.com for violation of
these terms and conditions by the Member no portion of that membership
fee will be refunded.

Member agrees that his membership will automatically renew for a like period
of time at an equal rate when the term he signs up for is completed, unless
member notifies allakhazam.com ahead of time through the facilities provided
for on the site or through notifying allakhazam.com at allakhazam@allakhazam.com.
Members can mark their accounts to not renew by clicking on login in the
menu and changing their account settings. No refund will be given
once a card is charged for the renewal.

Member agrees that all disputes arising out of this contract will be construed
and interpreted according to the laws of Pennsylvania and that all actions
arising out of this contract shall have as their venue and jurisdiction
the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, Pennsylvania.

Member understands and acknowledges that he is applying for an individual
membership, and agrees to not give out his username and password to any
other individual or organization. Member also agrees that posting
on the forums in this site is a privilege and that the posting of deliberately
false information or the consistent use of abusive and profane language
can cause him to lose his posting rights.
